I didn't find the informtaion from the test results interesting. There is nothing too detailed and nothing definitive. It's all very general and more or less what all health guidelines point to. It only gets as detailed as maybe your body could potentially need a bit more of this mineral or that vitamin. But even that is all about what you are predisposed to, and not necessarily a fact. I also had a consultation with a dietitian and that didn't add anything new either. Total waste of money.

They don't give an option to list specific food allergies so my recommended foods I can't eat over half of them. They told me that they were working on options for changing foods but then been over 9 months and nothing has changed yet.
