Not good! Receiving calls works and I can hear the caller, but the caller doesn't even know that the call is answerd. Works as a spy app. Update, the problem on android is the lock screen and if you have o cover as I do on my S22, if yoy answer the call and close the cover, the above will happen. If you keep cover open, then all is working. This is a very bad feature in this app and should work exactly as the phones own call app, but it is not.

The app is very spotty when in the field, and when you back out into another app, it basically mutes the conversation so that the other end thinks you hung up on them
