ISM

ISM (Integrated Security Management) is a modern digital security management platform developed by GDPS (Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera) to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and the safety of security personnel. This application integrates digital patrols, incident reporting, activity recording, parking management, and emergency coordination in one easy-to-use platform. ISM is specifically designed to support the needs of Security Officers and Squad Leaders/Commanders, with features tailored to their respective roles.

With Smart Patrol, officers can conduct patrols using GPS, verify checkpoints via QR Code, and create task checklists. The Anti-Mock GPS feature ensures patrol locations remain valid by detecting the use of fake GPS signals. Supervisors can monitor patrol activity in real time, including checkpoint status, check-in times, and photo documentation. In an emergency, officers can use the SOS button to instantly send GPS locations so assistance can be provided immediately.

ISM also allows for live incident reporting from the field with attached descriptions, photos, and videos. All routine and non-routine activities can be digitally recorded, facilitating documentation and evaluation. Additionally, the Parking Log Scan feature helps manage vehicle entry and exit through barcode or QR code scanning, while Push Notifications ensure every task, report, and emergency notification is received quickly by users.

Improve your team's security standards, reporting transparency, and operational effectiveness with ISM (Integrated Security Management).
