IMS

IMS is control room software for live events and security operations.

Centre operators, runners, emergency response personnel, and security register incidents, coordinate each other, and maintain visibility of the operation from a shared environment.

WHAT YOU DO WITH IMS

- Logbook with role routing
Subjects automatically route incidents to the correct role (operator, security, first aid, production). Everyone sees what is relevant to them, with built-in follow-ups, photos, and private notes.

- Live site plan
Custom site plans per project (main stage, camping, backstage) with zones, positions, and real-time team locations.

- Runner coordination
Centre operators create tasks from the logbook. Runners pick up the tasks via push notifications, share their position via GPS, and report back status.

- Public QR notifications
Visitors scan a QR code at the location and send a notification directly to the control room. - Briefings and accreditation

Documents, tasks, and passes per role in a structured briefing environment.

FOR WHOM

IMS is used by festival organizations, security companies, and event producers. The app is intended for people working in an operational role during an event: dispatchers, runners, security, emergency response, and production.

HOW ACCESS WORKS

Logging in is only possible with a username and PIN code provided by the organization. IMS is not a consumer app: you cannot log in without an assigned role on an ongoing project. Accounts are deleted by default after the event ends.

GPS AND PRIVACY

The runner role shares location with the control room so that dispatchers can direct runners and locate them quickly in emergencies. Location is shared only within the project and is not sold or shared with third parties. Full explanation in our privacy statement
