The app of the ENT clinic Dr. Gaertner helps determine tinnitus and unhealthy media consumption or media behavior. You can use the test results to talk to your health care professional or medical specialist if necessary.

For the tinnitus analysis, the app uses the excellent 12 questions from the (Mini-TF12) by G. Goebel and W. Hiller.

To analyze your media usage, the app uses the questions of “Compulsive Internet Use (CIUS), Meerkerk et al. 2009 in combination with information about your own assessments and times.


The app has a media library with incentives, hints and helpful exercises with excerpts from the tinnitus treatment at the ENT clinic Dr. Gardener.
