QuitDots is a calm way to quit or cut down on something: smoking, vaping, alcohol, sugar, doomscrolling, anything you name. Once a day you answer one question with a single tap, and the day becomes one dot in your month. Over time the dots fill into an honest picture of how the quit is actually going, slips included.

There is no streak to protect and no day counter that resets to zero. That is the whole idea.
