Full E-commerce - Picking WMS

Full E-commerce WMS Picking is the operational application for product picking in warehouses using the Full E-commerce ecosystem. It was developed for use on Android phones with Bluetooth barcode readers, allowing the operator to work with speed, precision, and minimal manual data entry.

With the app, the operator can open a physical picking basket, automatically load products according to the Dashboard's demand, or manually select the purchases they wish to process. Picking is EAN-based, facilitating item-by-item verification based on the manufacturer's label. The application organizes pending and picked products, displays expected quantities, available stock, SKU, reference, and storage location when configured, helping the operator reduce movement and errors during picking.

The workflow was designed for real shipping operations: it's possible to reopen pending baskets, register product incidents, report manual picking when the code cannot be read, add baskets to the batch, and finalize picking when all items have been checked. The system also prevents the misuse of baskets in incompatible situations and respects operational rules defined in the Dashboard.

For environments with unstable internet, the app has a short and idempotent local queue, allowing for greater security during readings and synchronizations. When the connection is restored, pending operations are resent to the Dashboard, reducing productivity loss.

Full E-commerce WMS Picking integrates directly with the Full E-commerce Dashboard, keeping operational control separate from integrations with ERPs and marketplaces. The solution does not directly alter commercial stock or ad reservations; its purpose is to record and control the physical execution of picking within the logistics flow.
