The app only forwards citizens' requests to the municipality's public lighting service, according to the contract signed with the municipalities served.

Public lighting is a public service under the responsibility of municipalities (article 30, item V, of the Federal Constitution), regulated by ANEEL. Official government sources on the public lighting service:

ABOUT THE APPLICATION
The Prefeitura Online - Cidadão app facilitates communication between citizens and the public lighting service of their city. With it, you can report problems such as burned-out, flickering, or damaged streetlights and track the progress of your service request—all from your cell phone.

MAIN FEATURES
• Report public lighting incidents (burned-out light, light on during the day, flickering, damaged pole, among others)
• Attach photos and indicate the location on the map
• Track the status of each request (unattended, being attended to, completed)
• Check the protocol number and service history
• Simple registration by phone number

HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter your phone number and register by selecting your municipality.

2. Tap "+" to register a new incident.

3. Choose the category, mark the location on the map, and add photos.

4. Track the service request and protocol through the app.

PRIVACY AND DATA
To function, the app uses your name, phone number, email (optional), location, and submitted photos, exclusively to register and forward your incidents. Data processing follows our Privacy Policy and the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). The company responsible for the operation and processing of data is Fsa Soluções Tecnologicas Ltda.
