2024-11-05	Dr*****	I have used the new app since it became available. It is wonderful compared to the previous version. It still only works about 70% of the time and sometimes it takes a while to respond. It disconnected due to my Internet going out but reconnected easily. Friedrich programmers still need to improve their app. Unfortunately , it still can't be relied upon. I should say I haven't used the scheduler.

2024-08-31	Wi*****	TER RI BLE! Doesn't work/connect at all! AC unit is great. I had high hopes of coming home to a cool room after turning it on remotely from work. I'm Uninstaller this as soon as I finish this review.

2024-07-21	Br*****	I have been able to control my Kuhl AC from the app and finally mastered the schedule. I'm computer-literate and this app has overly complicated a simple timer schedule.

2024-06-16	Le*****	Zero stars. We have a WallMaster WCT12. This NON app needs an update or redesign. Worked at one time, for a short while , but no longer. Too bad.

2024-06-14	De*****	Awful, with this new update I can't set a schedule any more. The little circles won't change and are hard to move. I can't save the schedule or turn the schedule on from the main page. All I can do is adjust the temperature, fan speed, and mode now. 6/14/24 edit: the app stopped working after the update. Someone on Reddit downloaded a link to a past version, and that still works. Really poor development. Wouldn't let me unregister ac to start over, and that is what was changed, Galaxy S22

Friedrich has multiple firmware issues they KNOW about but refuse to fix unless you have a receipt showing you're within 1 year even though THEY caused the problem. And the firmware check that they put in this version says you can continue with the connection process but doesn't actually let you. It only gives you a cancel option and tells you to call support for help (that they refuse to provide). Stay far away from this company.

2023-10-11	Co*****	UPDATE - STILL a Horrific app. App logs you out should you press back too many times, as opposed to just closing the app, like is standard with most modern apps. You also just can't properly update a schedule; update one temperature range, they all change. Same with the time intervals, that they've claimed they fixed dozens of times, now. The horrendous support Friedrich offers makes my AC an IoT device in name only when I paid around double the price for the feature. They should be ashamed.

2023-08-15	Fr*****	Does not work! Return your AC immediately! This app has not worked correctly for 3 years, clearly they're incapable of making it work, do not waste your time. You will find yourself constantly frustrated when you try to remotely turn on or off your air conditioner, then get home and find out it didn't work.

2023-07-06	Da*****	This app v2.1.0 isn't compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, One UI 5.1 Android 13. You will not be able to exit the device's Wi-Fi settings after connecting to the Friedrich Wi-Fi network. I used an alternate Android device to complete the setup. The app interface also needs work. My A/C turns off prematurely when the displayed room temperature is higher than the desired cooling temperature. The depricated app I used for my 2016 unit functioned better. Looking forward to improvements.
