Pros

Believe it or not, is actually working for me. As in right now during this review. Older "Chill" model. With all of these negative reviews and the average rating being in the two-star territory, I didn't think it would connect or work at all. I lost my remote a while ago so I thought there would be no way to pair it. But I could! Unplugged the device till it said CF. It added itself. Already tested it using my data connection and it seems bug free so far.

This app keeps crashing. I uninstall and reinstall and clear the cache and nothing fixes this issue. Also, there is a problem with the app for one of the AC units and not being able to lower the temperature there. For both of these issues, the Tech Support have not been helpful and also suggested lazy solutions rather than what is best for the customer.
