2026-08-08	Az*****	Drivers do not follow delivery instructions: The drivers in this company does want they want, and not what they are instructed to do. I filed a complaint against the driver and I removed the $15.00 tip for not carrying my bag up to my apartment and just dumping it in the lobby.
