2024-11-05	St*****	Decent options of gyms you can go to. But if you need help with any problems it's a major pain, there is no phone number to contact, and communicating by email is slow and they don't clearly answer questions you might have.

2021-02-13	Kr*****	The service is great, but I have one issue with the app. I'd love for it to stop asking me to rate my visit—especially since it always pops up the next time I open the app while I'm trying to check in somewhere. Often I have to close out of the app altogether, reopen it, then search again for my current location because I can't get it to go away.

2020-08-17	An*****	Freeplay is so easy to use and it has helped me try so many different gyms. I love the variety and the app is so easy to use. When I want to work out I simply find d a class or workout near me and I'm off. I love it!!

2020-05-09	Ja*****	App can be buggy sometimes or not load well with data connection (the layout is kinda unintuitive as well when searching for a full list of gyms). The service is great though, and customer service is both responsive and helpful. Sad to see some quality partner gyms come and go sometimes, but to some degree that's understandable.
