Onboarding was a total disappoinment could not connect to online classes and cast to my TV, was a very frustrating experience, 30+ Euro's this month down the drain.. cannot even cancel my subscription in the App, would not recommend.

Concept great, but policy is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that u need to pay a cancelation fee when canceling at the last minute, but 10eu? And why do we lose one class AND have to pay a fee for forgetting to check out on top of paying ur monthly subscription. That sounds like a scam to me. This, on top of the fact that ur not allowed to take the the remaining classes to the next month, like you can with a ClassPass subscription. Are u mad absolutely mad.😂
