FRAMES (Facial Recognition Attendance Monitoring for Education Sindh) is an official digital attendance solution from the School Education & Literacy Department (SELD), Government of Sindh. It replaces manual attendance with secure, AI-powered facial recognition for teaching and non-teaching staff across public schools.

The app supports liveness detection, CNIC and PID verification through HRMS, GPS-based school geofencing, offline attendance with automatic synchronization, and one-device-per-user security. Staff can also apply for leave, upload supporting documents, track leave balances, view attendance and location logs, receive notifications, and access in-app user guidance. Rooted or jailbroken devices are blocked to help protect attendance data and prevent misuse.

The app is really slow and sometimes doesn't work at all. That's why time is wasted and attendance is not marked in time. Marking attendance becomes extremely troublesome and chaotic.

I don't know the reason behind it. whenever the app updates it loses the data of attendance. After a month it has not worked smoothly still the burden on regular and punctual teachers. Some times it is Marked timeout automatically and some times marked time out is removed from the app..
