Follow my watch does exactly that: it tracks the location of your WearOS watch on a dedicated, private website. Whether you are out running or riding your bike with just your watch and still want your spouse to know where you are, or whether you want to see whether your kid is safe on the way to school: Follow my watch is the easiest tracking option that works with just a watch, no phone needed, provided you have a cellular model with a mobile data plan.
The wearer of the watch can start/stop the tracking at any time. Each installation on a watch creates a unique ID which corresponds to a unique web address. Only people who know your ID can access your personal webpage. Tracking is implemented with OpenStreetMaps; your data is and will never be shared with any 3rd party. Every recorded track is automatically deleted when you start a new recording. Follow my watch has been developed in Germany and the website is hosted in Germany too.
