LocaToWeb is a reliable GPS tracker for your phone. Use it to record routes for hiking, running, biking, kayaking, road trips, and more. It shows your real-time position on a map with duration, distance, speed, and altitude, and lets you capture photos along the way. You can switch between map types (including satellite and topographic) and use offline maps for navigation. You can preload GPX routes or load other tracks while you’re tracking, and the app can run in the background or keep the screen on for navigation.

Sharing and privacy are built in: tracks can be private or public, and you can share live position with friends and family via links, social media, or messages. Tracks can be exported to GPX and viewed on the web or in the app, and you can support multi-track displays (up to six participants). Registration isn’t required, and there are no ads. For business use, PRO or Business accounts unlock additional features while preserving core safety and sharing benefits.

Super app, pefect for tracking and sharing ultraruns. Only thing that would make it better is if you would be able to share a link to a track before je start it.

I was recommended this App by a friend. I was sceptical at first as I'm a bit ''senior'' and like things simple. LocaToWeb is easy to operate and it's extremely accurate. I use it for my motorcycle excursions now that I'm retired. I like the link sharing option. It lets my grandkids that are spread across the globe, to follow the auld feller's adventures. This application has added a novel and interesting dimension to my motorcycling experience.
