FollowBell: Profile Tracker

Did they follow someone new on Instagram? See their recent follows and who follows them back. Watch public stories anonymously. No Instagram login.

What you get
• Everyone a public account follows, with names and photos
• How many are women, how many are men
• A notification for each new follow, marked "follows back" when it's mutual
• Their unfollows too
• Their stories and highlights, with sound
• An alert when they post a new story
• Profile changes: bio, photo, name, username, link, going private, posts removed
• An Activity log of every follow, unfollow and change, day by day

What a new follow looks like
Tap Start watching on a public account. Each time they follow someone new, you get a notification like this one: "Followed 1 woman: @sofia.lorne · follows back".

Followed, then unfollowed? You still see both.
Instagram only shows a following list as it is right now. If Adam follows Sofia on Monday and drops her on Thursday, his list never shows it. In FollowBell, both stay in your Activity log. A new bio shows up next to the old one, and removed posts are counted.

Watch public stories anonymously
FollowBell works as an Instagram story viewer, highlights included. You never connect an account or type a password, so your name doesn't show up in their viewer list. You don't even need an Instagram account. FollowBell only reads what's public: the profile anyone can open.

Do they like each other's posts?
Pick two public accounts. See if they follow each other, which of each other's last six posts they liked, and if they tagged each other. Both ways, in seconds.

How do I see who someone recently followed on Instagram?
Instagram doesn't show it, and a follow has no date. A follow tracker like FollowBell starts on the day you tap Start watching. Each change comes with the time we caught it.

Is someone's Instagram following list in chronological order?
No. On Instagram you can sort your own list by date. Not someone else's: Instagram ranks it its own way. That's why FollowBell compares the list over time instead of reading the top.

What it can't do
• Private accounts hide their follows and stories from every app. You still see the profile and when the account was created.
• Close Friends stories stay hidden.
• No history from before you start watching.

Look up an account and you get a blurred preview. Names, stories, two-account checks and alerts come with a weekly or yearly subscription through Google Play. Cancel any time in Google Play.
