Avoid this nightmare. They showed up not just late, three days late. I got my overnight laundry service in not a few extra days but 8 days later! And they charged me 66$, and dropped my clothes off at my neighbors house. But at least they ruined all my bras :-) awful. Also, they ignored every single email so that's great too. Never ever ever again.

Last used in February 2020 pre pandemic. App doesn't really seem to function now I assume because of COVID-19? 🆒🔤 Edit: Tried again June 21, 2020: App is functioning as normal.
