This app used to be good, and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. I used this in 2019-2021, and even back then, the customer service wasn't all that, but it was bearable. Upon receiving the mail of their closing, I've tried to withdraw the balance I had in my account several times on different occasions (days), and every time, my attempts have been futile.

For the past few weeks my account number on barter refuse to show on receiving end... it keeps saying account not valid, had to check the number at least twice to be sure I didn't make a mistake. same thing! I didn't come here to come n say anything bad about the service cos na top-notch. already contacted support. if it can be sorted let me know, if it can't na to delete app move on. fish choke. t for thanks#
