2026-06-16	Ma*****	the old app worked, this one doesn't. can't set the mode and mode doesn't reliably show correctly. the website version works fine. Moen should get the web developers to work on the app, they clearly know what they are doing.

2026-06-02	Ro*****	I cannot find any way to upgrade. The current app says Flo by Moen at the top and there is no obvious place to change it. Total fail. I've hated this app for years. I still I cannot find a way to get the new app. I find nothing on the old app to upgrade. When I go to the app store and click on Moen every one has open instead of install. The app has no obvious place to click to do so. Poorly executed and from reviews the new one is worse.

2026-05-25	G *****	i had NO trouble for a year until tje ap change last week. After they moved the ap on 5/19 I have had constant problems. I get alerts EVERY time someone takes a shower or I water plants for 2 hrs or the ap thinks the flow is too high - dozens of alerts- and more and even with manual overrides the alerts continue. And I had several automatic Shutoffs and on 5/20 the only way we got restarted was to manually shut smart flo off for an hour. Disaster.

2026-05-19	An*****	The previous app worked way better. At least I stayed logged into it at all times, which made it easy to check on alerts. If you are going to make it logout every time the app is closed, at least provide a biometric login to make it quicker than typing in a password. Otherwise, the system itself is great and works great.
