2026-08-23	De*****	The plan stated you can use onboard certain aircraft, but after flying for multiples airlines for months, I have yet to find one that Flexiroam is supported. In addition, their customer support are not friendly and inconsiderate to extend the validity.

2026-08-03	Sa*****	Refusal to setup my SIM \| I subscribed to the service in 2024 but it took too long to send the SIM to me ( 2 weeks) and by then I was already on my trip so I didn't use it then. I'm planning another trip and noticed the SIM was never"linked" to my account so I contacted CSR and they refused to do it, stating they only offer eSIMs now. I guess they're trying to cut costs, but they fail to realize I ALREADY have their SIM in my possession, all they have to do is activate it to my profile. 0$

2026-07-08	Ma*****	Works perfectly in all the countries mentioned. Expanding a lot in the last years. I've used it in around 40 countries already. The app is well maintained and always working and the 24/7 support on Whatsapp is incredibly fast in finding the correct solutions. Very pleasant customer service. Would 100% recommend to all the travelers. Do not try to save too much money on eSIM as the cheaper ones always have less operators and have poor coverage.

Please consider to have more plans options especially for 360 days. Many great plans are gone nowadays. Time to switch to airalo or mobi matter.

The eSIM connection is reliable, but I am giving 4 stars because the global plan lacks full coverage in Asia and Africa. Since I fly to these regions the most, I have to use other providers there. If Flexiroam expands its global plan to fully cover these destinations, it would easily be a 5-star service!

2026-05-12	An*****	worked the first time for my first leg of my trip in London England last year. for the second leg, in Paris, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. this time in Peru, it wasn't only that the plans got more expensive, but it didn't work at all! wasted $17 USD on 2gB of data for nothing 😒 mind you this is after messaging tech support!
