Twice this app & network Failed ! in UAE & also in Saudi Arabia. Had to ultimately end up using my local number for roaming and huge bills.

The plan stated you can use onboard certain aircraft, but after flying for multiples airlines for months, I have yet to find one that Flexiroam is supported. In addition, their customer support are not friendly and inconsiderate to extend the validity.
