Refusal to setup my SIM | I subscribed to the service in 2024 but it took too long to send the SIM to me ( 2 weeks) and by then I was already on my trip so I didn't use it then. I'm planning another trip and noticed the SIM was never"linked" to my account so I contacted CSR and they refused to do it, stating they only offer eSIMs now. I guess they're trying to cut costs, but they fail to realize I ALREADY have their SIM in my possession, all they have to do is activate it to my profile. 0$

They resolve your issue via whats app promptly, no waiting and no STRESS, specially if u are abroad and you need roaming data, WELL DONE TO THE TEAM....
