Edit 17/10/24 : I'm suprised to find out the direct points exchange program has gone. The voucher is just math gimmick while cheaper "premium" are out there and they already a household brand. You won't last long and it's saddening because i like your coffee. Please bring back the purchase with point, maybe you'll get better business this time. Original Reply: Quite intuitive but the problem using its delivery service via gr*b express is inability to tip the rider. please enable tipping.

User Experience is meh, unable to feedback on experience and service (after sales service?) unlike other apps. Next, drinks was not made accordingly to my order. I ordered extra shots but ended up not getting extra shots. Lastly, the hygiene. The staff touched the ice cubes on the floor, and just wiped her hands. She did NOT wash her hands before making the drinks.

The payment issues happened too often these days and there's no solution for it, other than waiting for the order to cancel it self. It also took more than 10 minutes for it to cancel making it more annoying

Really bad experience with the app, order was stuck at processing and took 10 min before it showed as failed. Idk if the order would go through so I just had to wait in the meantime and there was no way to call for help. Voucher didn't get refunded even after a few days after the order failed and customer service is pretty much non-existent.

App is always showing " updating and loading data " when we want to access. Don't know if this will take up our data .. after that, very slow in switching the page. Want to order a drink and load cart, the page straight jumped into payment done without me applying a 50% discount voucher. Check with CS and they say they cannot do anything. BEWARE those who saved your card details, it will just auto check out your cart and you will get up paying more for what you expected.

Excellent customer service. Approached them with an issue regarding one of their app promos. They said they couldn't resolve that particular issue directly but gave a very satisfactory alternative.

Thailand issue 4 Jun I ordered coffee and app reported failed payment so I ordered and paid again. It showed on my wallet payment details later that i was charged twice. I called Flash branch. Said someone would contact me. I followed up 2 more times phone and in person, nobody ever contaced me. 21 Jun credit card is charged and after talking to the card i gotta wait 90 days to see "if" they can return my money. It's 160 Baht. I've wasted time and money on supposed make-your-life-easier apps!

App doesn't calculate correctly when calculating small order fees, takes a long time to load when the order is updated, and address is selected in an inconvenient part of the ordering system. Start with the delivery address, then allow picking of nearby restaurants instead of defaulting to current location and forcing a filled cart before address can be entered. App could use a lot of improvement.
