Abstain Dragon: Beat Lust

Relapsed again? Your progress doesn't vanish.
Abstain Dragon is a streak counter for quitting porn and PMO, built for people who reset over and over and feel like they have to start from zero every time. It works for other urges too: alcohol, smoking, phone, gambling and more.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
- You start a streak, then reset after a few days
- Every reset feels like all your effort was wasted
- Porn, alcohol, your phone... when an urge hits, willpower alone isn't enough

YOUR PROGRESS STAYS, EVEN WHEN YOU RESET
Every clean day becomes one square of grass on your board. A reset sends your current streak back to 0, but your total days and best streak never go down. No shaming after a reset.

BEAT AN URGE, ONE TAP AT A TIME
Held off an urge? Tap "Beat an urge". Your koi celebrates, today's grass gets greener, and your power goes up. Log it as many times as you need. Every urge you beat counts as a win.

STOP YOURSELF ON THE LOCK SCREEN
When an urge hits and you grab your phone, a notification on your lock screen shows your streak and the next day you're about to reach. Being that close makes it easier to hold on.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
See your streak every time you open your phone, and feel the progress add up. The medium widget also shows your grass.

GROW A KOI INTO A DRAGON
Your 3D koi grows with your total days: from a tiny fry, up the waterfall at 14 days, into a dragon at 30 days, and Dragon King at 365. Seven stages in all. Your days also build your power score, which never drops to 0, even after a reset.

COMPETE ON THE RANKING
Join to see where your power ranks, all time and this week. No account needed. Join anonymously. Your grass and your reasons are never sent.

QUIT MORE THAN ONE HABIT
Choose from 19 habits: no porn, no masturbation, alcohol, smoking and vaping, gambling, gaming, social media, videos, too much phone, staying up late, sweets, overspending and more. Or name your own.

BUILT TO KEEP YOU GOING
- See the reasons you chose to quit, right after you beat an urge or reset
- Get a notification at milestones like 1, 7, 30 and 365 days
- Forgot to log a day? Tap its square later and fix it

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick what you want to quit and why
2. Check your streak every time you open your phone
3. When an urge hits, tap "Beat an urge"
4. If you reset, start again from the next day. Your total stays

FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up and no ads. Track up to 2 habits for free.

How is Abstain Dragon different?
Your total days and power stay after a reset, and your koi keeps growing. Back to day 0 doesn't mean back to zero.
