Fit M8: Workout Tracker

Fit M8 is a workout tracker that respects your privacy. No account. No ads. No tracking. Everything you log lives on your device — nothing is uploaded unless you choose to back it up or export it. Just open the app and start training.

🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Works fully offline — no sign-in, no cloud, no analytics.
• Your workouts, measurements and goals stay in a private space on your phone.
• Nothing is uploaded. The only data that ever leaves your device is a backup or CSV you export yourself, to a place you choose.

🏋️ TRACK EVERY WORKOUT
• Log weighted, bodyweight and timed sets in a fast, distraction-free active session.
• Built-in rest timer with an exact countdown, alert and vibration — it keeps perfect time even if you leave the app, and re-arms after a reboot.
• Sessions are saved as you go and resume right where you left off, even if your phone closes the app.

📚 123 EXERCISES + YOUR OWN
• A library of 123 exercises to search and add to any workout.
• Create custom exercises for your own movements and machines.
• Personal bests tracked two ways: heaviest weight and estimated 1RM (one-rep max).

📋 ROUTINES & TEMPLATES
• Build your own routines, or start from ready-made starter templates.
• Quick-start a session in a tap, or follow a saved plan set by set.

📏 MEASUREMENTS & GOALS
• Track body measurements across 11 types over time.
• Set goals and watch your progress fill up with clear progress bars.

📊 HOME DASHBOARD
• See your weekly streak, a workouts-per-week chart and your recent sessions at a glance.

🔐 BACKUP & EXPORT — YOU'RE IN CONTROL
• Encrypted backup to a .fitmate file (AES-256-GCM, locked with your passphrase). Keep it anywhere you like; only you can open it.
• Export your workout and measurement history to CSV whenever you want your data.

🔔 GENTLE, OPT-IN REMINDERS
• Off by default. Turn on workout reminders, streak-at-risk nudges and rest-day prompts only if you want them.

⚙️ MADE TO FIT YOU
• Light and dark themes.
• Metric or imperial units.

BUILT WITH PRIVACY FIRST
Fit M8 is built by an independent developer who believes your fitness data is yours. There's no account to create and no server holding your information. Optional crash reporting is off until you turn it on, and even then it only sends anonymous stack traces — never your health or personal data. Read the full policy at https://fitm8s.netlify.app/privacy/.

🆓 FREE FOREVER, NO CAPS
Everything that works offline is free, with no limits — unlimited routines and custom exercises, your full history, every calculator, backup and export. No ads. Any premium features added later will be optional extras on top, and what you buy you keep for good.

COMING LATER
Cloud sync, optional Google account linking, wearable and Health Connect integrations, and richer progress charts are on the roadmap for future updates. The alpha is fully featured offline today.

Whether you're lifting, doing bodyweight workouts, running routines, logging a gym session, chasing a new 1RM or just keeping a simple training log — Fit M8 keeps it fast, private and yours.
