HOW IT WORKS

Every morning XPulse calculates your Readiness score. It reads your sleep duration and resting heart rate from Android Health Connect, combines them with your recent training volume and the nutrition you logged in the app, and turns all of it into a single number out of 100.

Slept five hours with an elevated resting heart rate? Your Readiness drops and today's plan gets lighter, with recovery work instead of a hard session. Well rested and recovered? XPulse gives you the harder version. The app tells you exactly which factors moved your score and by how much, so you always know why today looks the way it does.

ABOUT HEALTH CONNECT

Connecting Health Connect is optional and XPulse works without it. If you connect, XPulse reads five things, all read only: steps, active calories burned, heart rate, resting heart rate, and sleep sessions. It never writes to Health Connect, never reads in the background, and never uploads your health data to our servers. You can revoke access any time from the Health Connect app or from Settings inside XPulse.
