Short videos provide guidance on getting ready for surgery and managing symptoms after surgery. Patients can build their own exercise programme based on their preferences and abilities, allowing them to progress at their own pace and convenience.
Feedback following each exercise session helps patients achieve the appropriate level of activity. This is combined with guidance on optimising diet and nutrition to support recovery and overall health.
