They sell you the 10-year devices and brick them in the app after a few years leaving your "smart" devices no better than any dumb one. Trying to add my device to the app gives a message that my device is no longer supported.

System went off, app never responded or recorded any event history. Can't lock down the system, lose the internet, or have Wifi roaming as every 20 minutes you incessantly get "Lost WIFI connection, please reestablish" all hours day and night. It appears if I want to integrate with apps it states you can use, you have to use Alexa, and you have to own an iPhone to set it up. I bought this because all of my alarms are interconnected, but it appears that I paid for a $200 Never Alert.
