Can't lock down the system, lose the internet, or have Wifi roaming as every 20 minutes you incessantly get "Lost WIFI connection, please reestablish" all hours day and night. It appears if I want to integrate with apps it states you can use, you have to use Alexa, and you have to own an iPhone to set it up. I bought this because all of my alarms are interconnected, but it appears that I paid for a $200 Never Alert.

2023-12-14	Ri*****	Homekit integration was flaky at best. My Onelink got on the WiFi, registered with my other Homekit devices, them promptly disappeared from the network and could no longer be found. Google Nest has been unreliable about sending notifications for alarms, thought this would be better as all my other Homekit devices are rock-solid, but nope.

2023-01-25	Aa*****	I've yet to get any alerts when my smoke detectors go off. I set off the alarm 2 times this morning cooking and not only did the app never give notification, it also doesn't show anything in the history. Edit: customer service was quick to reach out about my review..... They promised to call to resolve the issue a few months ago.... Still waiting on the call or any follow up.

2022-11-16	Lo*****	If you experience an issue where the app doesn't show a continue button before you finish setup, check the font settings on your phone. Make sure your font is set to small or medium. I had this issue, and the customer service team did an incredible troubleshooting job to figure out the problem! The app, product and customer service team are all above expectations ☺

2022-10-14	Em*****	Gotta say I was surprised at most of the negative reviews. So far, the initial setup was pretty straightforward. I connected 1 wired and 2 battery alarms (the Smart Smoke and CO alarms, not the Safe & Sound with the speaker) and they were all recognized by the app in a few seconds without a hitch. Just tested the alarms using the app and the initial impression is good, testing 1 will trigger the other 2 to also alarm and even tells you the type of alarm and the location. Not bad for half price.

2022-09-01	Jo*****	This app is horrible. It won't even let me setup the device. It keeps telling me I'm not connected to the correct wifi network even though I absolutely am. Then if i hit exit to retry I gave to go through 15 steps and button clicks to try again. I don't know how they expect someone to spend $200 on a device and not be able to set it up because their app is completely broken.

2022-03-19	It*****	The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I'm using the app with no problem. However, it will not set up with an android phone. I had to use my wife's iPhone to set them up. I have 11 onelink safe and sounds, one in every room. Once everything was set up I signed into the android app and all my smokes were there. It connected to my s21 ultra but couldn't find my list of wifi. I tried everything and opened tcp port 8883 but nothing. The app sucks, but I'm glad I can now use it. I ❤️ the smokes

My fire alarms went off with a false alarm, but the app wouldn't accept the command when we hit the silence button, meanwhile everything in the house is going nuts, and we have to get a broom and hit all the silence buttons.....just figured out you have to hold the silence button, but they don't say that in the app. What a mess. Also, wouldnt send to the alarm until I disconnected from wifi.

2021-08-18	Ch*****	I just replaced all the alarms in my house with First Alert alarms including 1 Onelink alarm. Everything worked on the first day when I tested it. Now 3 weeks later the alarm does not work and I get NO notifications when one of the other alarms goes off. Safty when it comes to Fire is not something to mess with yet F. A. feels that this quality is ok. I should have listened to my instincts when I read the other reviews and stayed away. I called support and they said it is functioning as designed
