Rain Free Days® is a support programme developed with input from people with migraine and medical experts. The app helps you take control by tracking your migraines and monitoring any changes. You will need a medication batch code to register.

• Monthly reports and 90-day summaries to share with your doctor

• 'How to Inject' instructional video
• Information on migraine, diet, neck physiotherapy, sleep hygiene, and non-medical therapies and articles and stories from others with migraine
• Audio relaxation modules and informational podcasts
• Helpful chatbot, and technical support form
• Dark mode compatible
