• Assign and acknowledge exceptions with server concurrency control.

• Resolve only permitted actions; cases with mandatory evidence remain blocked until it is met.

• Monitor cash on delivery (COD) without overwriting the financial history.

• Keep actions online and authorized by the server; it does not hide conflicts or simulate approvals.

The application requires a Figgo Courier business account with monitoring permissions. Protected data is deleted from the device when the session is revoked.
