Control for Couriers

Control for Couriers is the driver companion app for the Control TMS transport management system, used exclusively by drivers.

Once logged in with your driver credentials, the app gives you everything you need to manage your jobs from collection to delivery:

Job Management

• View all jobs allocated to you in real time
• See full job details including collection and delivery addresses, vehicle type, collect-by time, and driver pay
• Accept or reject new job allocations instantly
• Receive an alert with a bleep alarm when a new job is assigned to you

Proof of Collection (POB)

• Confirm arrival at the collection point
• Record the number of items collected
• Take a photo as proof of collection
• Mark the job as collected and proceed to delivery

Proof of Delivery (POD)

• Confirm arrival at the delivery address
• Record items delivered, recipient name, and signature
• Take a photo as proof of delivery
• Complete the job with a full audit trail

Cancelled at Collection (CAC)

• Report a cancelled collection with a reason
• Captured and logged for the controller

Live Navigation

• Open Google Maps or Waze directly from any job stop with one tap

This app is for authorised drivers only. Accounts are set up by Roadrunners Despatch Ltd — drivers cannot self-register. If you are a driver and do not have login credentials, please contact your controller.
