It raises concerns about whether it was developed by professionals or if the bank is unwilling to allocate sufficient resources for proper development. As customers, we deserve a much better service, especially from a bank that holds itself to high ethical and professional standards. If this subpar experience drives customers towards non-Islamic banks, the responsibility lies squarely with the bank. It's worth benchmarking with other banks' apps
