2023-08-29	SJ*****	Keeps timing out when claims are mid way being filed. It is supposed to time out after 10 min but you get kicked out if you just switch app to refer to the invoice no in the pdf. Lousy, worthless. Might as well use the web interface.

2023-02-28	Se*****	Terrible app. One of the worst I've had the misfortune of using. If it weren't a company requirement for healthcare claims I woud never be caught dead using it. Every page is slow to load and photos are difficult to upload. Please change the app entirely

2022-09-14	An*****	Call function doesn't work and loading time is extremely slow. When loading appointments, it is also inconsistent. Sometimes it will load old appointment, no appointment or the correct appointment. When the staff messages you, they are inflexible and insists that appoinments can only be done via the app, even if it doesn't work. Even suggested Zoom as an alternative, which doesnt cost them yet they still insist on using an app that is not functional.

2022-07-17	Ra*****	Telemedicine appointment was missed. faulty app Despite logging in ahead of schedule, I never got a call, and the app later indicated that the appointment had been missed. I notified Whatsapp support, but they didn't ask to rebook the appointment until after the appointment time had passed.

2022-04-13	Co*****	Terrible app. Each time click Telemedicine, it auto logout, show session expired and asks me to login again. Repeated. Telemedicine totally cannot be click to use. Saw the worst rating here, where is the Developer? Did they look into imprpve the app?

2021-09-17	*****	Unusable app. Rubbish. When you try open other app on your phone/ or switch away phone screen (this app run at background ) , this F app will return to log in page. Before you need to use this app, you need registration. On the registration, you need capture your ic for telemedicine. Once you open camera app , this F app will revert back to front login page. So forever looping unsuccessful registration. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Don't you understand that it's impossible to take screenshot while crashing.That's the reason, I had attached the recording of the app and sent in email. It's really frustrating to open the app and do you think that am jobless to write emails complaining the issue everyday.I have not experienced like this before ever in my life.I had purchased a new mobile inorder to just access the FHN3 app but in vain. Do you guys think that Android users aren't humans😡

If it doesn't crash, it constantly brings up the message that it is unable to connect to server. User experience is so awful that sometimes I wonder if it's worth going through the claims process to save 70 bucks.

2021-02-04	Jo*****	The sms OTP causes the app to log out. After logging back in, it prompts for the phone number to send OTP. The loop continues. Cannot get past this stage. Please subject app to user acceptance testing before rolling out. Very frustrating.

2020-11-20	kh*****	Cannot be log into the FHN3 app. It keep appearing message for incorrect User ID and password..Eventhough have unistall and re-install the app..Also try to click "forgot password" after account been locked. However, problem still remain the same as incorrect ID and password. Please check and review your app on how to resolve the problem. Thanks.
