Keeps timing out when claims are mid way being filed. It is supposed to time out after 10 min but you get kicked out if you just switch app to refer to the invoice no in the pdf. Lousy, worthless. Might as well use the web interface.

Terrible app. One of the worst I've had the misfortune of using. If it weren't a company requirement for healthcare claims I woud never be caught dead using it. Every page is slow to load and photos are difficult to upload. Please change the app entirely
