In the middle of the month during the summer month, they cut electricity and charge 297 AED. 197 Will be refunded, apparently, while 100 AED was fined for which inquiry will be raised. What inquiry? Are you kidding me? After making payments on a regular basis this is the kind of service you provide to your customers?My Mom was sitting in this hot weather at home without electricity, who's responsible for it?
