I've been trying to connect/register my device since I received it (over a month ago), it SEEMED easy to connect per the instructions. However, it does not pickup my sensor, yes, my phone case is off. I've tried connecting it with my WiFi both off and on, tried connecting it in different locations of my house and outside... NOTHING! There is no video to walk you through setting it up, what you're supposed to look for. It's also, frustrating that you CANNOT speak to a customer service rep.

So I used to love it even though it didn't predict accurately, it only verifies. Most of the time it has my date wrong too. I've been charting for 3 years and know the right O day, verified by my Dr. I also have been having extreme difficulties connecting to my phone. I have a new phone and don't the case is off when connecting and it can take 10 min at times. It's stressful and frustrating. I use it for convenience only. I don't want to wake up at 5am on my day off. For the money I expect more
