How well are they maintained? - It's shocking or laughable (depends on the person) Days after reporting real danger likely unseen by the next rider, it was still active. That's negligence. THE HELMETS - Smelled like 2 weeks worth of reran, dirty gym socks and jock-straps marinating in a moist, pungent gym locker. I will never put a community helmet on my head - bacteria, fungus, parasites, viral.. go ahead, roll the dice. Ugh!

2026-01-20	Ji*****	I use Felyx very fequently, since a few weeks the connection has error, unlocking a scooter is not working or requires restarting the app. very frustrating

2025-09-23	Al*****	do yourself a favour and use any other app. the gps is buggy, jumping around not letting you end the ride. when you try to end the ride the app crashes. support doesnt care at all, after waiting 30 mins they expect me to still be next to my bike as if i have nothing better to do. and then super unhelpful not even a voucher or anything offered on top of charging you for more than the length of the ride. seriously do yourself a favour and use DOTT or something, so much better
