This app worked great during my trial period now that I paid I only can stream audio no picture. What a shame now I'm out money for something I can't watch. I'm disappointed because I truly enjoy the Hallmark content!...fix the app!!! You're going to lose alot of loyal subscribers.

I really do like the shows on this app, but as a paid subscriber, why am I now seeing an ad(s) before watching my show? This has not happened before and it just started today. This really makes me rethink if I will continue subscribing. Please consider removing ads for paid subscribers, or at least give the option to turn off or on the ads recommending other Hallmark shows/movies for those that don't mind the ads.
