2026-06-25	As*****	love the content, hate the app. you'll start a new episode and be shot 40 minutes forward into spoilers or it will skip through random scenes of the next several episodes and not let you exit. very frustrating.

2026-06-17	De*****	Absolutely HORRIBLE - I love the selection of shows but it is THE WORST app for user friendly compatibility. I got it at 50% and even that is too much. It's unlikely that I will renew my subscription unless major changes are made to its viewability.

2026-06-05	Br*****	This app worked great during my trial period now that I paid I only can stream audio no picture. What a shame now I'm out money for something I can't watch. I'm disappointed because I truly enjoy the Hallmark content!...fix the app!!! You're going to lose alot of loyal subscribers.

2026-06-04	Ah*****	I really do like the shows on this app, but as a paid subscriber, why am I now seeing an ad(s) before watching my show? This has not happened before and it just started today. This really makes me rethink if I will continue subscribing. Please consider removing ads for paid subscribers, or at least give the option to turn off or on the ads recommending other Hallmark shows/movies for those that don't mind the ads.

2026-06-03	Ro*****	I love this app but ever since ads were added at the beginning of whatever you choose, it'll play the add and then just freeze. I keep having to restart my app just to watch a show and it's getting really old.

2026-06-02	K *****	i get SO MANY "having technical issues" message. if i chromecast a movie, usually that's ok but trying to watch a series is IMPOSSIBLE! No next episode (without watching credits) so I go back & click the next one but it goes to end of ep then the following ep comes on, keep trying & STILL the following ep pops up. disconnect chromecast & try again, episodes won't play! tried the app on my TV & that's even worse! I am getting PISSED! This app isn't cheap for me!
