2026-02-14	Sy*****	Unpredictable and awkward. On latest version of FlexMLS and top-drawer Android phone and platform. I DREAD using this app...all the more so when I have an audience and/or need something rapidly. Of the roughly 120 apps on my phone at present, this is hands-down the WORST. The developers really should try using their product out in the real world.

I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra and prior to the latest FlexMLS app update, when I wanted to share a listing, it would give me a link. now, the latest version, it FORCES me to upload my database, - have a name, number, and email - to FlexMLS in order to even get the text option now. It's so frustrating! just give me the damn link!
