The free version offers sufficient features and customization in terms of foods that are not in the database, which you have the option to add. Overall, very happy with the app.

2026-08-12	Mi*****	I use the Basic (free) Fat Secret which is perfect for me. I'm not one to take pics of meals but it's a Basic option. Basic also breaks down food nutients. I'm using it mostly to follow my daily caloric usage, weight, and it allows journaling for community interaction. For more options I'm sure the Premium is good too.
