Convoc

Your club deserves better than a collection of WhatsApp groups.

Convoc is the messaging app designed for sports clubs. Members, parents, coaches, and the board have a clear space to stay informed, communicate, and organize themselves on a daily basis.

A UNITED COMMUNITY

Convoc brings together the entire club community without neglecting individual needs. Shared announcements, team discussions, and information from the coaching staff all coexist in a structured space, tailored to the demands of sports.

GREATER CONTROL FOR THE CLUB

No more chaos from scattered groups: Convoc provides the club with a common framework, with clear roles and managed spaces. The protection of minors is a priority, and the project is developed by a French company committed to data sovereignty.

BETTER ORGANIZED COMMUNICATION

Find club conversations in dedicated chat rooms: team, training group, event, or official announcements. Leaders choose who can access each space and whether members can reply.

NEVER GET SOME MATTERS LOST

Priority alerts highlight urgent information and let the club know it has been seen. Unread message counters and notifications help you stay up-to-date without sifting through dozens of conversations.

NOTCH APPROVALS AND LATENESS IN SECONDS

Report a lateness or absence for yourself or your child. The information is sent directly to the relevant staff member, without cluttering the group chat.

NEATLY ORGANIZED PHOTOS AND MEMORIES

Photos shared in compatible chat rooms populate album-based galleries. Easily find your club's highlights, even after an event has ended.

DESIGNED FOR ALL CLUB ROLES

• Members stay up-to-date and interact with their group. • Parents can manage information related to their children.

• Coaches organize their groups and have a mute function that fits their schedule.

• The board manages members, chat rooms, and important communications.

EASY LOGIN

No password to remember: log in with your phone number and a code received by SMS. If your club already uses Convoc, they must add you to their membership list before your first login.

MULTIPLE CLUBS, ONE APP

Do you belong to several associations? Easily switch between them while maintaining separate spaces and roles.

Convoc helps sports clubs communicate within a structured framework, adapted to their organization and the presence of minor members.
