Tu club

Your Club is the sports management app for clubs, coordinators, coaches, and families.

Replace group chats, spreadsheets, and loose receipts with a single place: roster, schedule, attendance, fees, and announcements, with access based on each person's role.

For families and participants:
• Link your child, family member, or yourself to the club
• Confirm attendance and see the next activity
• Receive announcements and fee notifications
• Upload payment receipts for the club to review
• Upload registration forms, medical certificates, and consent forms when requested by the club
For the club:
• Guided onboarding for members and staff
• Training and match schedules
• Attendance tracking, even offline, and synchronization upon return
• Monthly billing, payment tracking, and receipt review
• Announcements with text, image, or PDF
• Roles: manager, coordinator, coach, and family
• Each user logs in with their own account; no need to share passwords
Your Club is powered by UX Party. Data for each institution is separated by club and role.
