CURE Bill Collectors

CURE Bill Collectors is a field-operations app for property tax surveyors of the
Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). It is developed and maintained by
Farmwise AI Private Limited on behalf of GHMC.
ACCESS IS RESTRICTED
This app is not for the general public. Sign-in is limited to accounts provisioned
by GHMC for its authorised personnel. Accounts cannot be created in the app. If you are not a GHMC surveyor with an assigned account, you will not be able to sign in.

WHAT THE APP DOES
Assigned work:
View the properties and dockets assigned to you, with tax dues, ownership details and survey status for each.
GIS map:
Locate assigned buildings on a map, see the buildings nearest you, and navigate to a property before a visit.
QR scanning:
Scan the QR code affixed to a building to open its record directly, without
searching for it by hand.
On-site surveys:
Record property and owner details, floor-wise usage, door numbers and measurements.
Capture photographs and attach supporting documents as evidence for the assessment.
Presence verification:
Confirm you are physically at the property before a survey or visit is recorded. The location captured at that moment is stored with the survey as evidence that the visit took place on site.
Statutory notices:
Generate notices under Section 213 of the GHMC Act and save them to the device for printing or handover.
Tax collection records:
Log tax collected during a visit and review the payment history recorded against a property.
Offline awareness:
The app detects loss of connectivity and resumes once the network returns, so work in the field is not lost.
PERMISSIONS
Location is used while the app is open to confirm your presence at a property and to show nearby buildings on the map. The app does not track your location in the background.
The camera is used to scan building QR codes and to photograph properties and documents.
Photo and file access is used to attach existing images or documents to a survey, and to save QR codes and Section 213 notices to your device.
PRIVACY:
Survey records are routed into GHMC's assessment workflow and the systems operated by the Centre for Good Governance. The app does not collect payment card or bank account details, contains no advertising, and does not use your data for marketing.
