GP Data for PS

GP Data Collection is an administrative record-keeping tool built specifically
for Gram Panchayat Secretaries in Telangana. It helps record household and
family survey data at the village level, making it easier to identify
eligible beneficiaries for welfare schemes accurately and transparently.

RESTRICTED ACCESS — NOT FOR GENERAL PUBLIC USE
This app uses strict role-based access. Accounts are never self-registered —
a higher-level official must first authorize a mobile number before that
number can log in, and every login is verified with a real SMS OTP. Members
of the public who download this app cannot create an account or view any
data.

KEY FEATURES
- Record house-level and family-level survey details, including optional
Aadhaar and Voter ID numbers, land holdings, and welfare-scheme identifiers
- Filter records by category (age, education, land type, sanitation status,
etc.) with an instant count, to help identify beneficiaries for specific
schemes
- Export records as PDF, Word, or Excel — formatted as an official printable
register, one family per page
- A four-tier authorization hierarchy (State-level administrator → District
→ Mandal → Panchayat Secretary), each level managing only its own scope
- A data-entry freeze/unfreeze control so administrators can lock records
during verification periods

DATA SECURITY
All household survey data is stored locally on the officer's own device,
encrypted with AES-256 (SQLCipher) — it is not uploaded to any server. This
app contains no ads and shares no data with third parties or advertisers.

This app is intended solely for authorized Panchayat administrative
personnel as part of their official record-keeping duties.
