Almost everytime I open it, I have to refresh the app and it takes minimum 1 minute to load the bookings.

Because of slow support unFairHarbor made my business lose ⅖ of its revenue. One of the worst, less intuitive, not logical, horrifically not user friendly apps I have ever encountered. And because support is hours/days away you might loose bookings because of this lack of functionality. The desktop version is less worse, FareHarbor must immediately invest on user friendliness of their app.
