Really undermines trust in the app. No resolution, no communication -- I paid for something I can't even use. Very disappointing experience.

2025-11-08	tr*****	I love this app! I have bought tickets to multiple countries at ridiculously amazing prices! The app has a bit of an issue in user friendliness but it in no way takes away from the overall app. I would suggest adding a feature to allow the ability to save trips you want to come back to on the app and add wishlist tab that allows you to get notified about trips to destinations you want. There is a search feature sure, but to get a notification could increase use/sales if ppl don't check app.
