No way to create an account. Saw the video, downloaded the app, and there is no option to create an account. I see other have had this same experience from years ago and it has not been resolved.

I expected reliability with a paid plan, but I’ve gone two months without access to pro features. Support hasn’t answered my thread or offered any solution. Really undermines trust in the app. No resolution, no communication -- I paid for something I can't even use. Very disappointing experience.
