2026-08-20	Ol*****	The fandango app doesn't function normally lately -- too many bugs. E.g., not all my orders are reflected in "My orders", 30-min reminders won't open at all. (phone is ok and app up to date, I've checked). Could those responsible fix the app please -- many thanks.

I'll just use the theater sites to directly purchase tickets. fandango is greedy and dumb. bought tickets through them with a discount from a rewards trial they pushed on me but then they refused to refund me when I forgot about the trial and got charged. also sent the item I ordered for my son to wrong address and never responded to make it right. Just another greedy company sucking up money and tightfisting it by hiring randos in the phillipines 👎

I check on my library or " my movies " I even checked to see my purchases and it says I never made a purchase but in my card however it says otherwise it sure did subtract the money out of my card though ! So if you're thinking about purchasing a movie from this app don't ! Btw this is a real person with a real review not a bot your welcome !! And don't try removing my Rating either you scammers !!
